The parties shall immediately assess the potential for agreed case resolution and should continue to make that assessment as litigation persists; 3. The parties shall make any motions to amend pleadings or join additional parties NLT 6/10/2024; 4. Parties shall complete all fact discovery NLT 3/10/2025; 5. TELEPHONE CONFERENCE set for 11/4/2024 at 10:00 AM in LEXINGTON before Magistrate Judge Matthew A. Stinnett to discuss discovery progress; 6. Identity of expert witnesses and reports to be disclosed by Ptff NLT 11/8/2024 and by Def NLT 1/7/2025; 7. Parties to complete all expert discovery NLT 3/10/2025; 8. Parties shall file all dispositive and Daubert motions NLT 4/9/2025; 9. Discovery disputes shall be resolved as set forth in Paragraph 5 of Judge Wier's Standing Case Management and Referral Order; 10. Motion practice shall be governed by Local Rule 7.1 except as otherwise provided in this order; 11. The Court builds the case schedule based on party input. Modification of this schedule thus is disfavored and will occur only under the standards and mechanics of Rule 16 and/or Rule 6, as applicable; 12. Upon resolution of any summary judgment motion, or expiration of the deadline to file the same, the Court will set any additional deadlines as necessary at that time.
