ORDER: 1. The LLC claims against Cookie Crews, Allyson Lambert, Amy Robey, and Mary Oerther are SEVERED from this action; 2. The Clerk shall OPEN a new civil action containing the LLCC claims against defendants Crews, Lambert, Robey, and Oerther, and ASSIGN it to the undersigned. The Clerk shall FILE in the new action the following documents: complaint, motion to proceed in forma pauperis, prisoner trust fund account statement, motion to appoint counsel, and this Order; 3. The Clerk shall TRANSFER the new civil action to Louisville Division of USDC, WKDKY; 4. In this action, the claims against Cookie Crews, Allyson Lambert, Amy Robey, and Mary Oerther are DISMISSED without prejudice, and the Clerk shall TERMINATE them as defendants; 5.
