February 8, 2007	Filing 6 MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: 1) Clerk of Court shall serve, by certified mail, return receipt requested, copy of record entry no 2 and this Memo Opinion and Order upon D. L. Stine, Warden of USP-McCreary, Atty General for US, and USA for EDKY; 2) Resp ondent, by counsel, shall answer or otherwise defend w/in 60 days of DOE of this Order. Respondent shall also file w/ his answer all relevant documentary evidence which bears upon allegations contained in petition; 3) Upon entry of response or upon e xp of 60-day pd, Clk of Ct shall notify PSO; 4) Petitioner shall keep Clk of Ct informed of current mailing address. Failure to notify Clk of any address change may result in dismissal of case; and 5) For every further pldg or document he wishes to s ubmit for consideration by Ct, Petitioner shall serve upon Respondent, or counsel, copy of each pldg or doc. Plff/Pet shall send originals to be filed w/ Clk of Ct w/ certificate stating dte copy of doc was mailed to Respondent or counsel. If Distric t Judge or Mag. Judge receives any doc which has not been filed /w Clk or which has bene filed but fails to include cert of svc of copies, doc will be disregarded by Court. . Signed by Judge Danny C. Reeves.
