Filing 11 MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: Court's Memorandum Opinion and Order dated 8/14/2007 8 is AMENDED as follows: With exception of claims asserted by Plff Norris W. Jackson against Dfts Bennett and McIntyre, the remaining claims asserted herei n are REINSTATED. However, the Bivens claims and claims asserted under 42:1985(1) and 1985(2) against Dfts Bennett and McIntyre are DISMISSED, w/ prejudice. Any remaining claims against Dfts Bennett and McIntyre are DISMISSED, w/o prejudice. I t is further ORDERED that: 1) Plff's mt for reconsideration is GRANTED, in part, and DENIED, in part; 2) This case is REINSTATED on the Court's docket; 3) Dfts Bennett and McIntyre are DISMISSED as parties to this action; 4) Judgment entere d 8/14/2007 is SET ASIDE; 5) Clk of Ct shall serve by certified mail, copies of instant petition 2 and this Order upon remaining named Dfts, Mrs. L. Walker, Mr. Collins, Mr. PHillips, Mr. Hibbard, Mr. De La Camera, Mr. A. Ndife, B.J. Johnson, Mr. G rondolsky, Mr. G.L. Hall, and Mr. Worthington, as well as Atty General for US and USAtty for EDKY; 6) Dfts, by counsel, shall answer or otherwise defend w/in 30 days of DOE of this Order; 7) Upon filing of response or upon exp of 30-day pd of time in which to file response, Clk of Ct shall notify PSO; 8) Plff shall keep Clk of Ct informed of current mailing address; and 9) For every further pldg or other doc he wishes to submit for consideration by Ct Plff shall serve upon each Dft, or counsel, copy of pldg or doc. If Dist Judge or Mag Judge receives any doc which has been filed w/ the Clk or which has been filed but fails to include cert of svc, doc will be disregarded by Ct.
