Filing 12 MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: 1) Wolf's motion for leave to file an amended complaint 10 is GRANTED. Clerk of the court shall file the tendered Amended complaint into the record in this action. 2) Civil rights claims asserted against Dfts Grego ry; Baker; Spaulding; Basserman; Trent: Lowry and Bryant are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. 3) Clerk of the Court is directed to substitute the USA as the sole Dft w/respect to the claims. 4) Deputy Clerk in the London Clerk's Office shall prepare do cs necessary for service. 5) Deputy Clerk shall prepare a "Service Packet" consisting of the a)summons; b) complaint; c) The order granting IFP status; d) this order; and e) USM 285 Form; 6) Service upon the USA shall be made by sending a S ervice packet by certified or registered mail to USA for the EDKY and Atty General; 7) The London Clerk shall send the service packet for each identified dft by certified mail to the USM office in Lexington, Kentucky. Deputy Clerk shall enter the CMR into the record and note in the docket the date that the Service Packet was delivered to the USM Office. 8) The USM Office shall serve a Service Packet upon each identified dft in the manner described in step six above. 9) Within 40 days of the DOE of this Order, the USM Office shall send a Service Report to the London Clerk's Office, which will be filed in the record. 10) Pla shall immediately advise the London Clerk's Office of any change in his or her current mailing address. 11) Pla must communicate with the Court solely thru notices or motions filed w/the London Clerk's Office. Court will disregard correspondence sent directly to the Judge's Chambers. 12) With every notice or motion filed with the court, the Pla must a) mail a copy to each dft and b) certify that he has mailed a copy to each dft and the date on which this was done. Court will disregard any notice of motion which does not include this certification. Signed by Gregory F.
