MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: 1) This action will be DISMISSED sua sponte; 2) Judgment shall be entered contemporaneously with this Memorandum Opinion and Order in favor of Defendants; 3) Plff Hazel's Motion to Amend/Supplement the Complaint [R . 11] by adding two defendants and allegations about them does not salvage this Complaint and it is therefore DENIED AS MOOT; and 4) Hazel's Motion to Proceed in forma pauperis [R. 12] is DENIED.
