Filing 45 MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: 1. Dft's Motion for Summary Judgment [R. 33 ] is GRANTED for all federal and state claims brought against all Dfts; 2. In light of the Court's grant of summary judgment to Defendants on all of Plfs' claim s, the Plfs' request for declaratory and injunctive relief is denied as moot; 3. Given the Court's previous denial of Plfs' motion to amend the Complaint [R. 29 ], the Defendants John Doe(s), as Employees/Officers of Knox County Deten tion Center, as well as all other Defendants in this case, are hereby DISMISSED from this action; 4. The Final Pretrial Conference scheduled for June 30, 2014, and the Jury Trial scheduled for July 14, 2014, are CANCELLED; 5.
