The state law claims asserted in the complaint filed by Plaintiff David Wayne Bailey (Doc. # 5) are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. 3. Baileys complaint (Doc. # 1) and as amended (Docs. # 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, and 12) is DISMISSED and this matter is STRICKEN fr om the active docket. 4.
