This action is hereby remanded to the Commissioner under Sentence Six of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) with instructions to consider the new medical evidence offered by the Plaintiff. 4. This matter is hereby stricken from the Court's active docket; and 5. The parties shall file a Joint Status Report adv ising the Court of the progress of remand proceedings every one-hundred and twenty (120) days, and shall file a Motion to Reopen this action and return it to the Courts active docket upon completion of those proceedings.
