SCHEDULING ORDER: DISCOVERY 1. The following deadlines shall be observed in this action: (a) The parties stipulate that preliminary disclosures shall be exchanged on or before November 30, 2018. (b) Accordingly, all fact discovery shall be completed by April 30, 2019. 2. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure Rule 5(d), the parties shall observe the following directives regarding the filing of discovery materials in this case unless the Court otherwise specifically so orders: See items a-c. 3. Discovery disputes shall be resolved in the following manner: see items a-c. DISPOSITIVE MOTIONS The following motion deadlines shall be observed in this action: (a) The Plaintiffs shall have to and including January 31, 2019, to seek leave to amend its pleadings or join additional parties. (b) The Defendant shall have to and including February 28, 2019 to seek leave to amend its pleadings or to join additional parties. (c) The parties shall have to and including Thursday, September 5, 2019, by which to file all dispositive motions, Daubert motions, and/or motions in limine. FINAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE set for 11/4/2019 at 10:00 AM in LONDON before Judge Gregory F. VanTatenhove. 2. No later than Thursday, September 5, 2019, counsel shall file with the Clerk an original, shall submit a copy to the Courts chambers, and shall provide a copy to opposing counsel of the following, each to be filed as a separate document: see items a- c. 3. No later than ten (10) days prior to the Final Pretrial Conference, counsel shall file with the Clerk an original, shall submit a copy to the Courts chambers, and shall provide a copy to opposing counsel of the following, each to be filed as a separate document: see items a-e. 4. No later than Wednesday, October 2, 2019, counsel shall file: see items a-b. 5. At the Final Pretrial Conference, counsel for the parties shall be prepared to: see items a-e. 6. Court Copies. In addition to the official copies filed with the Clerk of the Court, the following documents shall be submitted to the undersigneds Chambers electronically: see items a-e. JURY TRIAL set for 12/9/2019 at 10:00 AM in LONDON before Judge Gregory F. VanTatenhove. EXTENSIONS OF TIME Requests to modify any dates or deadlines established by this order shall be submitted upon motion filed prior to expiration of the deadline in question, and upon showing of good cause beyond the control of counsel in the exercise of due diligence.
