This matter is STRICKEN from the Courts active docket; 3. The Clerk shall send Stroud the following forms so that he may file a new action regarding this matter if he chooses to do so: a. [E.D. Ky. 521 Form]; b. [AO 240 Form]; and c. [E.D. Ky. 523 Form]; 4.
