ORDER: The Court, for the reasons stated, GRANTS DE #4, 5, and 6 and ORDERS as follows: 1. The Court hereby NOTIFIES the Unknown Executor/Administrator of the Estate of Shaun Mosley and Unknown Heirs of Shaun Mosley, the Unknown Spouse of Ashley Beasley, and the Unknown Spouse of Shaun Mosley that the United States has initiated an action naming you as Defendants in federal court. See DE #1 . The Court further WARNS the notified parties that a failure to appear and defend in this action within 51 days could result in entry of a default judgment in the Plaintiff's favor. 2. The Court APPOINTS the following practicing attorneys in good standing asWOAs for the parties, as follows: Bryan Kenneth Sergent, Unknown Executor/Administrator of the Estate of Shaun Mosley and Unknown the Heirs of Shaun Mosley, Thomas Paul Miceli, Unknown Spouse of Ashley Beasley, Kelly Kirby Ridings, Unknown Spouse of Shaun Mosley. 3.
