Houser has filed a series of Reinsurance Agreements for a Bonds Statute Performance Bond (GSA Standard Form 273) identifying Ron Luclaire Houser, a resident of Orangeburg, South Carolina, as the Direct Writing Company and NY Depository Company, located in New York, New York, as the reinsuring company. (Doc. #1 ).
