Filing 14 ORDER: ORDERED as follows: 1. Ramos-Romero's motion for leave [R. #13 ] is GRANTED but only to the extent that the Court will allow him to file his separate 2241 petition regarding his 3585/nunc pro tunc claim. 2. The Clerk's Office shall OPEN a new pro se 28 U.S.C. 2241 habeas corpus civil action filed by Ramos-Romero. 3. The Clerk's Office shall then FILE Ramos- Romero's submissions at R. #13 -1, #13 -2, and #13 -3 as the initiating documents in that new civil action. The Clerk's Office shall also FILE a copy of this Order in the new case. 4. To the extent that Ramos-Romero is seeking any other relief in his motion [R. #13 ], that request is DENIED. Filing 12 ORDER: ORDERED that: 1. The Clerk of the Court shall send Ramos-Romero a Sixth Circuit Form 4 and a Certificate of Inmate Account Form (E.D. Ky. 523 Form). 2. Within 30 days from the entry of this Order, Ramos-Romero must either pay the $505.00 appellate filing fee to the Clerk of this Court or complete the following steps in order to pursue pauper status on appeal: a. complete the Sixth Circuit Form 4; b. have prison staff complete and sign the Certificate of Inmate Account Form (E.D. Ky. 523 Form); and c. file both documents with the Court. If Ramos-Romero fails to take these steps within the time allotted, his appeal may be dismissed. 3.
