Proceeding without counsel, Jacobs has filed apleading styled as a "Complaint and Motion for Appoint [sic] Counsel and Relief and Evidentiary Hearing." [R. #1 ]. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED as follows: 1. Jacobs's complaint [R. #1 ] is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. 2.
