SCHEDULING ORDER: 1. The parties shall exchange initial Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures by May 7, 2020. These need not be filed in the record. Supplementation due within 30 days of discovery of new info, but nlt 30 days prior to discovery ddln. 2. Pla to file any motion to join parties or amend pleadings by 716/2020. Dft by 8/6/2020. 3. Parties complete all discovery by 12/31/2020. 4. Per Rule 26(a)(2), nlt January 7, 2021, Pla disclose the identity of expert witnesses who may be used at trial, with written reports signed by the Rule. These disclosures need not be filed in the Court record. NLT 3/8/2021, Dfts shall provide the same. Supplementation under Rule by 3/25/2021. NLT 4/22/2021, counsel for parties shall file all dispositive motions. 6. In accordance with Judge Wier's referral order (D.E. #3 ), the Court declines at this time to schedule a pretrial conference, trial, or ddlns for related filings. 7. The Court builds the case schedule based on party input. Modification of this schedule thus is disfavored and will only occur under the standards and mechanics of Rule 16 and/or Rule 6, as applicable. 8. STANDING CASE MANAGEMENT AND REFERRAL ORDER: 1.
