November 5, 2020 Opinion or Order Filing 10 SCHEDULING ORDER: 1. The parties shall exchange initial Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures by December 4, 2020. Supplemental info as required by Rule 26(e). These disclosures need not be filed in the Court record. 2. The parties shall file any motion to join additional parties by November 17, 2021. Plaintiff shall file any motion to amend the pleadings by January 19, 2022. Defendant by February 15, 2022. 3. All fact and expert discovery by February 21, 2022. 4. Per Rule 26(a)(2), nlt December 23, 2021, Plaintiff shall disclose the identity of expert witnesses who may be used at trial. These disclosures need not be filed in the Court record. NLT January 28, 2022, Defendants shall provide the same. 5. By May 6, 2022, counsel for the parties shall file all dispositive motions. Per District Judge Wiers referral order (D.E. #5 ), the Court declines at this time to schedule a pretrial conference, trial, or deadlines for related filings until resolution of any summary judgment motion. 7. The Court builds the case schedule based on party input. Modification of this schedule thus is disfavored and will only occur under the standards and mechanics of Rule 16 and/or Rule 6, as applicable.8. At the outset, the Court reminds the parties that, under Rule 1, they share with the Court the duty to construe, administer, and employ the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to secure the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of this action; 2.
