ORDER: 1. Scott's current submission at R. 1 is DENIED without prejudice, and this specific action is STRICKEN from the Court's docket. 2. That said, the Clerk's Office is directed to send Scott the following blank forms so that he may file a new, proper 2241 action if he chooses to do so: a. Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Under 28 U.S.C. 2241 [E.D. Ky. 521 Form]; b. Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs [AO 240 Form]; and c. Certificate of Inmate Account Form [E.D. Ky. 523 Form]. 3. If Scott wishes to file a new habeas action regarding this matter, he may do so by following the instructions set forth above.
