ORDER OF DISMISSAL: For the foregoing reasons, the Court ORDERS as follows: 1. Mr. Kitarogers' petition for a writ of habeas corpus filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241 [R. #1 ] is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE; 2. This matter is DISMISSED and STRICKEN from the Court's docket;3. The Clerk shall send Mr. Kitarogers the following blank forms: (a) Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Under 28 U.S.C. 2241 [E.D. Ky. 521 Form], (b) Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs [AO 240 Form], and (c) Certificate of Inmate Account [E.D. Ky. 523 Form]; and 4.
