VIRTUAL ORDER: rejecting #16 Proposed Agreed Order by Ford Motor Company. The proposed order has a few flaws to be addressed. First, the Court cannot ascertain the intent of paragraph 6.f. Second, Paragraph 13 attempts to allocate the burden of establishing a need for sealing in a way that interferes with LR 5.6. Any revised version should only include the existing first sentence of that paragraph. Finally, paragraph 20 does not acknowledge the Court's ability to modify the order for good cause. As agreed to by the parties, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the deadlines set forth in the Court's Scheduling Order (D.E. 9) are amended as follows: (1) The parties shall complete all fact discovery by May 18, 2022. This deadline means, as relevant, service of written discovery calculated to secure a response by and compliant with the deadline; 2) Per Rule 26(a)(2), no later than December 15, 2021, Plaintiffs shall disclose the identity of expert witnesses who may be used at trial, accompanied by written reports signed by the Rule 26(a)(2)(B) expert witnesses and/or written summaries consistent with Rule 26(a)(2)(C), as applicable, all in compliance with the rule. These disclosures need not be filed in the Court record. No later than February 28, 2022, Defendants shall provide same. (3) No later than June 20, 2022, counsel for the parties shall file all dispositive motions. Response and reply time shall be governed by local rule. SCHEDULING ORDER: 1. The parties shall exchange Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures by April 19, 2021. These disclosures need not be filed in the Court record. 2.
