Each Service Packet shall include: a. a completed summons form; b. the complaint [D.E. No. #1 ]; c. the Orders transferring the case to this Court [D.E. No. #4 , #5 ] d. this Order; and e. a completed USM Form 285. 2. The Clerk shall send the Service Packets to the USMS in Lexington, KY and note the date of delivery in the docket. 3. The USMS shall make arrangements with the appropriate officials at the Laurel County Correctional Center to personally serve Dfts; 4. Andrews must immediately advise the Clerk's Office of any change in his current mailing address. 5.
