ORDER: 1. Rivera-Rios's current petition for a writ of habeas corpus [R. #1 ] is DENIED without prejudice. 2. This specific civil action is STRICKEN from the Court's docket. 3. That said, the Clerk's Office shall send Rivera-Rios the following blank forms so that he may file a new action regarding this matter if he chooses to do so: a. Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Under 28 U.S.C. 2241 [E.D. Ky. 521 Form]; b. Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs [AO 240 Form]; and c. Certificate of Inmate Account Form [E.D. Ky. 523 Form]. 4. Rivera-Rios may file a new petition regarding the matter raised, but he must comply with the instructions set forth above.
