August 11, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 8 SCHEDULING ORDER: 1) NLT 10 days from the date of this Order, the parties shall exchange any information required by Rule 26(a)(1) which has not previously been exchanged. 2) Dft will produce to Plf and file in the record the Administrative Record in this case no later than 8/31/2021. Plf shall advise Dft of any objections to the Administrative Record and serve any discovery requests by 9/30/2021. 3) Any motions to amend pleadings and join additional parties by Plf shall be filed no later than 9/14/2021. Dft shall file any motions to amend pleadings and join additional parties by 9/28/2021. 4) That the parties shall complete all fact discovery by 12/29/2021. 5) The parties shall file a stipulation as to the applicable standard of review on or before 9/7/2021. 6) Plf and Dfts shall file all dispositive briefs by 2/28/2022. Response briefs by either party shall be filed no later than thirty (30) days after the parties file dispositive briefs, at which time the case will stand submitted. 7) Discovery disputes shall be resolved as set forth in Paragraph 5 of Judge Wier's Standing Case Management and Referral Order. 8) Motion practice shall be governed by Local Rule 7.1 except as otherwise provided in this order. 9) As the parties agree that the Court will resolve this ERISA action on cross dispositive motions, no pretrial schedule or trial date is necessary. 10) TELEPHONE CONFERENCE set for 10/15/2021 at 11:00 AM in LONDON before Magistrate Judge Hanly A.
