ORDER: 1. Court GRANTS Milam's motion to proceed in forma pauperis on appeal #13 . 2. Clerk shall open an account in Milam's name for receipt of filing fee. Clerk shall complete a Notice of Payment Form (Form EDKY 525) and shall send the Notice and copy of this Order to warden of institution in which Milam is confined. 3. Court DEFERS collection of the initial partial filing fee. 4. Each month, if amount in Milam's inmate account exceeds $10.00, his custodian shall deduct from Milam's inmate account an amount equal to 20% of his income for the preceding month and remit that sum to Clerk. Custodian shall continue such monthly payments until the entire $505.00 appellate filing fee is paid. 5. Milam's "Motion to Order Prison Official to Certify Prisoner's Funds" #15 is DENIED. 6.
