May 10, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER:1. Provisions of this Order shall apply to any and all documents submitted by in the future for filing in this case. Order shall also apply to any and all documents Graham submits for purpose of initiating any new civil case or any new habeas corpus petition. Order shall not apply to documents submitted by Graham to be filed in cases previously filed by Graham in this Court. 2. Clerk shall docket any new document subject to this Order and received from Graham, however styled, as miscellaneous correspondence in this case. The sole exception is a notice of appeal, which clerk shall file and forward to Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals according to established procedures. 3. If Graham wishes to file new action in this Court-in any division, chambers, or office of this Court, and however initiating pleading is styled-he must first: (a) Pay applicable filing and administrative fees or file motion to proceed in forma pauperis on proper Court-approved forms; and (b) Tender pleading he wishes to file to Clerk, along with copy of this Order. 4. Clerk shall docket any documents tendered in the future by Graham for purpose of initiating new case as miscellaneous correspondence in this case. Clerk shall note entry in docket for further review.
