April 11, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER: 1. Roberts's motion to proceed in forma pauperis [D.E. No. #3 ] is GRANTED. 2. $52.00 administrative fee waived. 3. The Clerk of Court shall open an account in Roberts's name for receipt of filing fee. The Clerk shall complete a Notice of Payment Form (Form EDKY 525) and shall send the Notice and a copy of this Order to the Warden of the institution where Roberts is confined. 4. Collection of the initial partial filing fee is DEFERRED. 5. For each month hereafter, if the amount in Roberts's inmate account exceeds $10.00, his custodian shall deduct from Robert's inmate account an amount equal to 20% of his income for the preceding month and remit that sum to the Clerk of the Court. The custodian shall continue such monthly payments until the entire $350.00 filing fee is paid. 6. This matter stands submitted for initial screening. Signed by Judge Henry R.
