May 4, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 10 ORDER: 1. Court GRANTS Lawson's #8 motion to proceed in forma pauperis. 2. Court WAIVES the $52.00 administrative fee. Lawson required to pay $305.00 filing fee in manner set forth below. 3. Court ORDERS Lawson's custodian to deduct $201.56 form Lawson's inmate account and send to Clerk no later than May 31, 2022 as initial partial filing fee. 4. Court DIRECTS Clerk to open account in Lawson's name for receipt of filing fee. Court also ORDERS Clerk to complete Notice of Payment Form (Form EDKY 525) and send Notice and copy of this Order to warden of institution in which Lawson is confined. 5.
