Filing 4 ORDER: 1. The Clerks Office shall send a copy of Taylor's petition [R. #1 ] and this Order by certified mail to both (a) Respondent J. Gilley, Warden at the USP McCreary in Pine Knot, Kentucky, and (b) the U.S. Attorney's Office for the EDKy. 2. Within 60 days from the entry of this Order, the Respondent MUST file a response to Taylors petition. The response shall be in the form of a memorandum addressing the factual allegations and legal claims contained in the petition; neither a formal motion to dismiss nor a motion for summary judgment is appropriate for these proceedings. The Respondent shall also attach any relevant documentary evidence to the response brief. 3. Finally, Taylor must promptly inform the Court, in writing, of any change in his mailing address.
