Filing 8 ORDER: 1. The Court GRANTS Greene's motion to reconsider [R. #7 ] as set forth below. 2. The Court VACATES the June 16, 2022 Order of Dismissal [R. #4 ]. 3. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to return this case to the active docket. 4. The Court GRANTS Greene's motion to proceed in forma pauperis [R. #5 ]. 5. Because Greene has been granted pauper status in this proceeding, the Court WAIVES the $52.00 administrative fee. 6. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to open an account in Greene's name for receipt of the filing fee. The Clerk shall complete a Notice of Payment Form (Form EDKY 525) and shall send the notice and a copy of this Order to the warden of the institution in which Greene is confined. 7. The Court DIRECTS Greene's custodian to deduct $43.00 from his inmate account and send it to the Clerk as an initial partial filing fee within 28 days. 8. The Court further DIRECTS the custodian to deduct, once per month, 20% of the amount deposited into Greene's inmate account and send it to the Clerk. Such monthly deductions should only be made if the account balance exceeds $10.00, and must continue until the entire $350.00 filing fee is paid. 9. The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to prepare two "Service Packets" consisting of the listed documents for service of process upon the USA: a-d. 10. The Deputy Clerk shall send the Service Packets to the USMS in Lexington, KY and note in the docket the date of delivery. 11.
