November 10, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 12 SCHEDULING ORDER: Pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 16, and upon consideration of the parties' Rule 26(f) report, the Court ADOPTS the following schedule for discovery and dispositive motions: 1. The parties shall exchange initial Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures by November 30, 2022. Supplementation is due within 30 days of discovery of new information or the need to supplement, but shall occur no later than March 15, 2023. 2. The parties shall have up to and including February 28, 2023, in which to amend pleadings or to join parties. 3. All fact discovery shall be completed on or before August 31, 2023. All expert discovery shall be completed by September 30, 2023. 4. Per Rule 26(a)(2), no later than June 30, 2023, Plaintiff shall disclose the identity of expert witnesses who may be used at trial, accompanied by written reports; No later than July 31, 2023, Defendants shall provide same. 5. No later than October 31, 2023, counsel for the parties shall file all dispositive motions, with responses governed by the local rules. 6. The Court HEREBY ORDERS that a mid-discovery TELEPHONIC STATUS CONFERENCE set for 4/7/2023 at 11:30 AM in LONDON before Magistrate Judge Hanly A. Ingram. The call, based in London, will be off the record and for counsel only. To join the teleconference, the parties are DIRECTED to call AT&T Teleconferencing at 1-888-675-2535, to enter Access Code 8810053 (followed by "#"), and, when requested, enter the Security Code 22179 (followed by "#"). 7. In accordance with District Judge Boom's referral order (D.E. 3), the Court declines at this time to schedule a pretrial conference, trial, or deadlines for related filings. 8. The Court builds the case schedule based on party input. Modification ofthis schedule thus is disfavored and will only occur under the standards and mechanics of Rule 16 and/or Rule 6, as applicable. 9. At the outset, the Court reminds the parties that, under Rule 1, they share with the Court the duty to construe, administer, and employ the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure to secure the just, speedy, and inexpensive determination of this action; 2.
