December 7, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 11 SCHEDULING ORDER: 1. The parties shall exchange initial Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures by December 30, 2022. 2. The parties shall have up to and including December 31, 2022, in which to amend pleadings or to join parties. 3. Per Rule 26(a)(2), no later than February 1, 2023, Plaintiff shall disclose the identity of expert witnesses who may be used at trial,; No later than April 1, 2023, Defendant shall provide same. 4. All fact and expert discovery shall be completed on or before October 31, 2023. This deadline means, as relevant, service of written discovery calculated to secure a response by and compliant with the deadline. 5. No later than November 14, 2023, counsel for the parties shall file all dispositive motions, with responses due as governed by the Joint Local Rules. 6. The Court HEREBY ORDERS that a MID-DISCOVERY TELEPHONIC CONFERENCE set for 5/19/2023 at 11:00 AM in LONDON before Magistrate Judge Hanly A. Ingram. The call, based in London, will be off the record and for counsel only. To join the teleconference, the parties are DIRECTED to call AT&T Teleconferencing at 1-888-675-2535, to enter Access Code 8810053 (followed by "#"), and, when requested, enter the Security Code 22209 (followed by "#"). 7. In accordance with District Judge Wiers referral order (D.E. 3), the Court declines at this time to schedule a pretrial conference, trial, or deadlines for related filings. 8. The Court builds the case schedule based on party input. Modification of this schedule thus is disfavored and will only occur under the standards and mechanics of Rule 16 and/or Rule 6, as applicable. 9.
