Anthony Lopez's current petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241 [R. #1 ] is DENIED without prejudice to his right to file a new civil action in accordance with the Court's instructions. 2. ORDER: 1. Lopez's current petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 2241 [R. #1 ] is DENIED without prejudice. 2. This specific action is STRICKEN from the Court's docket. 3. That said, the Clerk's Office shall send Lopez the following blank, Court-approved forms: a. Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Under 2241 [E.D. Ky. 521 Form]; b. Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs [AO 240 Form]; and c. Certificate of Inmate Account Form [E.D. Ky. 523 Form]. 4. If Lopez wishes to file a new civil action with this Court, he may do so by completing and filing that new action in accordance with the instructions set forth above. 5. Since Lopez has raised at least some concerns regarding his ability to access this Court, see [R. #1 ], the Clerk of the Court is directed to send a copy of this Order to the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Kentucky. That latter office should work to ensure that Lopez has the supplies he needs to complete the administrative grievance process and file documents with this Court, such as paper, pens, envelopes, and stamps.6.
