ORDER re #6 Letter, #5 Filing Fee Received: As the Court indicated in its prior Order of Dismissal, while Jihae is free to file an entirely new habeas petition, this case will remain closed. See [R. 4 at 1] The Court has already provided Jihae with the forms necessary to file a new petition. If he files a new petition, Jihae should simultaneously send a letter to the Clerk referring to this case number and requesting that the five dollar filing fee that has been docketed in this case be applied in satisfaction of the fee that would otherwise be due in the new habeas proceeding.
