Filing 10 SCHEDULING ORDER: 1. The parties indicate that they have completed Rule 26(a) (1) initial disclosures. (a) All fact discovery shall be completed by April 26, 2024 and (b) All expert and damages-related discovery shall be completed by June 26, 2024. 2. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure Rule 5(d), the parties shall observethe following directives regarding the filing of discovery materials in this case unless theCourt otherwise specifically so orders: See a. - c.; 3. Discovery disputes shall be resolved in the following manner: See a. - d.; The parties shall have to and including July 31, 2024, by which to file dispositive motions, motions in limine, and/or Daubert motions. 1. The Plaintiff shall have up to and including September 22, 2023, to amend pleadings and join additional parties. 2. The Defendants shall have up to and including October 20, 2023, to amend pleadings and join additional parties. FINAL PRETRIAL CONFERENCE set for 11/4/2024 at 01:30 PM in FRANKFORT before Judge Gregory F. VanTatenhove. 2. No later than thirty (30) days prior to the Final Pretrial Conference, counselshall file with the Clerk an original, shall submit a copy to the Court's chambers, andshall provide a copy to opposing counsel of the following, each to be filed as a separatedocument: See a. - c.; 3. No later than fourteen (14) days prior to the Final Pretrial Conference, counselshall file: See a. - c.; 4. No later than ten (10) days prior to the Final Pretrial Conference, counsel shallfile with the Clerk an original, shall submit a copy to the Courts chambers, and shallprovide a copy to opposing counsel of the following, each to be filed as a separatedocument: See a. - e.; 5. At the Final Pretrial Conference, counsel for the parties shall be prepared to: See a. - e.; 6. Court Copies. In addition to the official copies filed with the Clerk of the Court,the following documents shall be submitted to the undersigneds Chamberselectronically: See a. - e.; JURY TRIAL set for 11/19/2024 at 10:00 AM in FRANKFORT before Judge Gregory F. VanTatenhove. Counsel to arrive by 9:30 a.m. The trial is expected to last approximately three days. Requests to modify any dates or deadlines established by this order shall be submittedupon motion filed prior to expiration of the deadline in question, and upon showing of goodcause beyond the control of counsel in the exercise of due diligence.
