ORDER: 1. Court GRANTS motion to proceed IFP #3 . 2. Court WAIVES $52.00 admin fee. 2. Court DIRECTS Clerk to open an account in Couch's name for receipt of filing fee. court further DIRECTS Clerk to complete Form EDKY 525 and send the Notice and copy of Order to warden on institution in which Couch is confined. 4. Court ORDERS Couch's custodian to deduct $59.33 from inmate acct as an initial partial filing fee and send sum to Clerk NLT JULY 21, 2023. 5. Court ORDERS couch's custodian to send the Clerk payment each month from Couch's inmate trust fund account, but only if the account exceeds $10.00. Payment should equal 20% of the amount deposited into Couch's account during the preceding month. Custodian shall continue monthly payments until entire $350.00 filing fee is paid. 6.
