Filing 9 SCHEDULING ORDER: 1. Parties exchange initial Rule 26(a)(1) disclosures by 9/15/2023. Parties shall timely exchange supplemental information as required by Rule 26(e). Disclosures need not be filed in the Court record. 2. Plaintiff shall have until 1/15/2024 to amend her pleadings and add parties. Defendant shall have until 3/15/2024 to amend its pleadings and add parties. 3. Parties complete all fact discovery by 5/15/2024. Expert discovery completed by 11/1/2024. 4. NLT 7/10/2024, Plaintiff shall disclose expert witnesses accompanied by written reports and/or written summaries, as applicable. Disclosures need not be filed in the Court record. NLT 9/10/2024, Defendants shall provide same. Supplementation, under Rule 26(e), if any, shall be made in accordance w/ that rule. 5. NLT 1/30/2025, counsel file all dispositive motions. Response and reply time governed by local rule. 6. The Court HEREBY ORDERS that a TELEPHONIC STATUS CONFERENCE SHALL occur on Friday, 1/12/2024, at 11:00 a.m. The call will be off the record and for counsel only. The call will be held over Microsoft Teams and the phone number and conference ID will be provided closer to the date of the meeting. 7. The Court declines at this time to schedule a pretrial conference, trial, or deadlines for related filings. 8. Modification of this schedule is disfavored and will only occur under Rule 16 and/or Rule 6, as applicable. 9.
