ORDER re #10 Motion to Withdraw as Attorney: (1) The motion to withdraw (D.E.10) is GRANTED. Counsel with Yoder Law, PLLC, is withdrawn as counsel and relieved of further responsibility in this matter. (2) The Clerk SHALL serve a copy of this order upon Plaintiff Melton via both mail and email, as indicated at Docket Entry #10 at 1. (3) On or before Thursday, November 23, 2023, Plaintiff SHALL secure new counsel (and counsel shall enter appearance in the record) OR make known her intention to proceed pro se by an appropriate filing. The two deadlines currently set in this case are no longer in effect. Those deadlines shall be re-established on different dates after either (1) an entry of appearance is made on behalf of Plaintiff, (2) Plaintiff indicates she wishes to proceed pro se, or (3) November 23, 2023, passes. In the interest of clarity, the two deadlines no longer in effect are (1) the Meeting and Report deadline (D.E. 6) and (2) the deadline for responding to Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgement (D.E. 8).
