ORDER: 1. Kriegs motion for reconsideration [R. 5] is DENIED. 2. That said, the Clerk's Office is directed to send Krieg: a. two blank E.D. Ky. 521 Forms; b. two blank E.D. Ky. 520 Forms;c. two blank AO 240 Forms; and d. two blank E.D. Ky. 523 Forms. 3. Again, if Krieg wants to file one or more new actions regarding the matters he raised, he may do so by simply utilizing the applicable Court-approved forms and proceeding in accordance with the Court's instructions. ORDER OF DISMISSAL: 1. Krieg's current pleading [R. #1 ] is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE, and this specific action is STRICKEN from the Court's docket. 2. However, the Clerk's Office is directed to send Krieg the following blank forms which may be used to properly file a new 2241 action with this Court: a. a Court-approved Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Under 28 U.S.C. 2241 [E.D. Ky. 521 Form]; b. an Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Court Fees or Costs [AO 240 Form]; and c. a Certificate of Inmate Account Form [E.D. Ky. 523 Form]. 3. The Clerk's Office is also directed to send Krieg the following blank forms which may be used to properly file a new civil rights action with this Court: a. a Court-approved Civil Rights Complaint Form [E.D. Ky. 520 Form]; b. an Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs [AO 240 Form]; and c. a Certificate of Inmate Account Form [E.D. Ky. 523 Form]. 4. Again, if Krieg wants to file one or more new civil actions regarding the matters he raised, he must do so by utilizing the Court-approved forms and proceeding in accordance with the instructions set forth in this Order.
