Filing 8 Summons Issued as to Correctional Officers J. Green, Maddox, U.S. Attorney, the U.S, Attorney General and delivered to U.S. Marshal with a completed USM-285 form and service packet for each defendant to be served. (KJA) |
Filing 7 ORDER: 1. Mr. Pryor may proceed with his claims against two of the named Defendants: USP-McCreary Correctional Officers "Mr. Maddox" and "Mr. J. Green"; 2. Mr. Pryor's other claims are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Thus, the Clerk's Office is DIRECTED to TERMINATE "J. Gilley," "Ms. Landon," and "Mr. Brooks," as Defendants in this action; 3. A Deputy Clerk of this Court is directed to prepare four Service Packets. 4. The Deputy Clerk is directed to deliver the Service Packets to the (USMS) in Lexington, Kentucky and note the date of delivery in the docket; 5. The USMS shall personally serve the two named Defendants Correctional Officers "Mr. Maddox" and "Mr. J. Green" at the USP McCreary in Pine Knot, Kentucky, and the USMS shall do so through arrangement with the FBOP; 6. The USMS shall also serve the USA by sending one Service packet by certified or registered mail to the Civil Process Clerk at the Office of the US Attorney for the EDKy and another ServicePacket by certified or registered mail to the Office of the Attorney General of the US in Washington, D.C.; 7.
