ORDER: Davis's motion #8 is GRANTED. Payment of the $50 admin fee is WAIVED. However, Davis must pay the $350 filing fee in the manner set forth below. 2. Financial docu. submitted by Davis indicates that he lacks sufficient assets to pay the initial partial filing fee and payment of such fee is DEFERRED. 3. Clerk shall open an account in Davis's name for receipt of the filing fee. Clerk shall complete an EDKY 525 form with (a) Daviss name, (b) his inmate registration number, and (c) this case number. The Clerk shall send a copy of this Order and Form to the Jailer/Warden of the institution in which Davis is currently confined. 4. Each month Daviss custodian shall send the Clerk of the Court a payment in anamount equal to 20% of Davis's income for the preceding month out of his inmatetrust fund account, but only if the amount in the account exceeds $10.00. Thecustodian shall continue such monthly payments until the entire $350.00 filing fee is paid. 5. This matter stands submitted for initial screening. Signed by Judge Gregory F.
