OPINION AND ORDER: Accordingly, the Court ORDERS as follows: (1) Motion for Final approval of Settlement Agreement (DE 119 ) is GRANTED; (2) Motion for Attorney Fees (DE 82 ) is GRANTED; (3) Plan of Allocation is APPROVED; (4) All objections to the settlement are OVERRULED; (5) Complaint is DISMISSED with prejudice except this Court shall retain jurisdiction to extent necessary to administer and enforce the Settlement Agreement; and (6) This Order is Final and Appealable, there being no just cause for delay.
