In particular, Alfrey's motion to alter the award of prejudgment interest is GRANTED< /b> and his motion to reduce amount of punitive damages awarded to McCoy and Damron is DENIED. (2) Alfrey shall pay McCoy prejudgment interest on his compensatory damages at a rate of eight percent per annum for the period from July 3, 2007, t o August 3, 2010. (3) Alfrey shall pay McCoy and Damron postjudgment interest at rate of 0.30% per annum, compounded annually. (4) Court will enter an amended judgment contemporaneously with this opinion.
