(3) dfts motion for summary judgment, 14 , is GRANTED with respect to 1983 jail condition claims and all the state law negligence claims against Dft Letcher Count y Fiscal Court and Dfts McCall and Ward in their official capacities (4) The 1983 deliberate indifference to medical care claims against Dft Letcher County Fiscal Court and Dfts McCall and Ward in their official capacities are the subject of Court's Show Cause Order issued concurrent to this Memorandum Opinion and Order.
