Clerk shall place a lien in favor of Joe Childers on the litigation in Richard C. Adler v. Elk Glenn, LLC, et al., Civ No. 7:12-085-KKC-EBA. (3) Dr. Adler may pay Childerss attorneys fees before he receives a settlement orjudgment in his civil action. In that event, he MAY FILE a notice in the record of Richard C. Adler v.
