ORDER: 1. James's motion to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is GRANTED; 2. Because James has been granted pauper status, the $50.00 administrative fee is waived; 3. Clerk SHALL OPEN an account in James's name for receipt of filing fee. Clerk SHALL COMPLETE a Notice of Payment Form and shall send Notice and a copy of this Order to warden of institution in which James is confined; 4. Within 28 days, James's custodian SHALL DEDUCT $29.50 from James's inmate account and remit that sum to Clerk as initial partial filing fee; 5. For each month thereafter his custodian SHALL DEDUCT from James's inmate account an amount equal to 20% of his income and remit to Clerk.
