NLT April 2, 2020, counsel file with Clerk and provide to opposing counsel a copy of any motions in limine and detailed objections to witnesses, document. 12. pretrial conference on April 16, 2020, at 1:30 p.m., in Pikeville. 13. At PTC, parties prepared to: parties display all exhibits, advise Court they have displayed to opposing counsel, discuss and make stipulations of admissibility, confirm ability to use court's visual presentation system for exhibits, discuss possibility of settlement; 14. NLT 7 working days prior to trial, counsel shall submit to Court's Chambers a copy of each exhibit. 15. trial by jury on April 30, 2020, at 9:00 a.m. in Pikeville.
