NLT October 7, 2019, parties file dispositive and Daubert motions. 6. NLT December 16, 2019, counsel file w/ clerk and provide opposing counsel copy of items A-D. 7. NLT December 23, 2019 counsel file w/ clerk and provide opposing counsel copy of motions in limine. Each party shall fully respond and objections by nlt December 30, 2019. 8. FPTC is scheduled for January 6, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in Pikeville. 9. At FPTC, counsel be prepared to: see items A-E. 10. NLT 7 working days prior to trial, counsel submit Court's Chambers copy of documentary exhibit. 11. Trial by Jury on January 13, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. in Pikeville.
