ORDER: 1. Clerk shall send a copy of petition #1 and this Order by certified mail to both (a) Respondent Hector Joyner, Warden at USP - Big Sandy and (b) U.S. Attorney for EDKY. 2. Within 60 days from the entry of this Order, Respondent shall file a response to petition in the form of a memorandum addressing factual allegations and legal claims. 3. This Court has received $5.00 filing fee applicable to this matter, albeit in another closed case. See Cardona v. Joyner, No. 7:20-cv-032-GFVT, at R. #5 Since Cardona has paid filing fee, his motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is DENIED as moot. 4. That said, Cardona must keep Court apprised of any change in his mailing address. 5. Finally, since next step is for Respondent to file a response to Cardona's petition, Cardona does not need to file any further substantive submissions regarding this matter at this time.
