ORDER: 1) Harris's complaint DE #1 is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. 2) All pending motions are DENIED as moot. 3) This action is STRICKEN from the Court's docket. 4) the Clerk's Office shall promptly send Harris the following blank forms: a. a Civil Rights Complaint form [EDKy. 520 Form]; b. an Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs [AO 240 Form]; c. a Certificate of Inmate Account Form [EDKy. 523 Form]. 5) If Harris wishes to start a new civil rights case, he may do so by completing and filing a new action in accordance with the instructions set forth above. 6) Finally, since Harris has raised at least some concerns regarding his ability to access to this Court, the Clerk's Office shall mail a copy of this Order to the US AttorneysOffice for the EDKY. That office should work to ensure that Harris has the supplies he needs to complete the administrative grievance process and file documents with this Court, such as paper, pens, envelopes, and stamps.
