ORDER: 1. Kapri's petition for a writ of habeas corpus R. #1 is DENIED w/out prejudice, and this action STRICKEN from the Court's docket. 2. Kapri may file a new habeas petition with this Court.3. The Clerk shall send Kapri the following forms so that he may file a new petition if he chooses to do so: a. Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Under 2241 [E.D. Ky. 521 Form]; b. Application to Proceed in District Court Without Prepaying Fees or Costs [AO 240 Form]; and c. Certificate of Inmate Account Form [E.D. Ky. 523 Form]. 4. If Kapri still wants to start a case with this Court, he may do so. However, Kapri must complete the E.D. Ky. 521 Form, sign it, and file it with this Court. At the same time, Kapri must also complete and file both the AO 240 and E.D. Ky. 523 Forms or, alternatively, he must pay the $5.00 filing fee or submit a copy of a completed BP-199 Form that he filed with prison officials. Signed by Judge Karen K.
